Customer Technical Training
Customer training and technical assistance are very important value-added services provided by Hard Metal & ISCAR.
A major factor in industry today is productivity. Hard Metal & ISCAR have found a proven method to increase machining productivity: to provide our customers with extensive knowledge about the tools being used, their capabilities and their limitations, and upgrading their knowledge & skills to allow alternative machining processes.
Customers generally have a choice of location for training – either on the shop floor at our customer’s own premises, at our Head Office or Shannon branch or the Supplier’s Technical Centre.
For engineers, Suppliers’ Tech Centres are usually preferred, as they give the opportunity to see alternative equipment and processes. With machine operators and other production personnel, training on their own machine generally provides the best results.
Hard Metal & ISCAR’s goal is to assist customers to increase their productivity. One method of accomplishing this is through training.
